Development Tops Out at 118 N. Prince

Construction has topped out on 118 N. Prince, a seven-story residential complex in downtown Lancaster City. Designed by Alexander Design Studios and Onyx Design & Consulting, and developed by Wohlsen Construction, the development spans 78,000 square feet and will yield 72 market rate apartments, two retail spaces along both N. Prince Street and N. Water Street, a pass through Park, skylounge, fitness room, bike room, and green roof.

A tremendous amount of progress has occurred since our last update in April, when only the building core stood higher than two stories. The superstructure now stands constructed to its final floor, with practically all of the DensGlass sheathing board in place which will be clad in part with brick to match the preserved facade of the former Teachers Protective Mutual Life Building.
