Lancaster Builds

Lancaster based custom builder, Longview Structures, continues to make progress on the total renovation of a 1,434 sq ft townhouse at 444 W Lemon Street. The property sits half a block from the restaurant, Cabalar, which also completed a major renovation in 2024.

Work at 444 W Lemon Street commenced in late 2024 after the townhouse sold in November of 2023 for $265,000. Early stages of development involved demolition of all interior floors and excavation of the basement which reduced the building to a bare brick shell.

The 3rd story was previously an attic space (as seen in Google Street View image below) with a single dormer window, and has now been replaced with a full height 3rd story and large, modern window cut-outs on both the front and rear of the building.
