Water Street Mission’s Teen Haven building at 205 S. Queen St. has nearly completed a 2,000 sq. ft. addition to the north end of the building facing E Farnum St. The project is expected to wrap up in July of this year.

The addition, along with a new main entrance, allows them to host more people for their regular community events dedicated to urban youth.

The general contractor for the project is Benchmark Construction. Benchmark also recently completed construction on a new museum in Lancaster, the Thaddeus Stevens and Lydia Hamilton Smith Center for History and Democracy.
