Since both 327 and 329 N. Mulberry Street were sold in a package deal September 2023 the new owners have combined the structures and built a rear addition rising over the neighboring buildings.

Work on the property is being conducted by Whispering Hope Enterprises. It is now the second tallest building on the block, dwarfed only by 317 N. Mulberry which previously was the Stauffer Tobacco Warehouse before it was converted into condos in 2013.

The rear addition is set back but still visible from the street and has wooden steps leading to a potential rooftop terrace.
